At ZOOTS, we are committed to serving our customers and their communities. With both door-to-door delivery service and convenient store locations, ZOOTS is dedicated to providing the highest levels of quality and convenience. ZOOTS' operating philosophy is to surpass the convenience expectations of today's time-challenged consumer. The company was founded in 1998 by Tom Stemberg and Todd Krasnow, creators of Staples, The Office Superstore. Today ZOOTS is owned by Rick Simoneau and Trish O'Leary, two original members of the ZOOTS management team since ZOOTS' inception in 1998.

ZOOTS uses an environmentally friendlier cleaning process that leaves clothes without that "dry cleaning" smell. We also recycle your hangers, offering convenient cardboard hanger caddies at our stores and along our routes. Partnering with Goodwill Industries, we collect tax-deductible donated clothing at all retail stores.

ZOOTS Home Pick-up and Delivery Service: Whether you dry clean weekly, monthly or once in a while, you can enjoy the convenience of ZOOTS home delivery. You choose the service that works best for you.

On-Call Service: we'll stop by only when you contact us to let us know you have cleaning to be picked up.
Twice-a-week service: we'll stop by twice a week, every week, to check if you have cleaning to be picked up.

ZOOTS Office and Apartment Delivery: ZOOTS currently delivers to over 150 corporations. We also service numerous apartment and condominium complexes that have a concierge/doorman or a secure centralized storage area.

ZOOTS Carpet and Tile/Grout Cleaning: ZOOTS will work with you to design a customized cleaning program for your specific needs that will save you time and money - and keep your home looking great.
